I help creatives and entrepreneurs become the leaders they were born to be. Through intimate and deep 1-1 containers and nourishing group programs, I guide people to tune into the deepest desires of their heart, let go of their limitations, integrate their shadows, meet their most powerful self, and step into self love and leadership. I view everything from a somatic lens, acknowledging both the wisdom and power of our bodies, our capacity to heal, and working with and gently shifting the trauma patterns that have lived in our bodies for years. From a place of powerful and integrated self-leadership, my clients then create the lives and businesses they have been dreaming of, creating success at the soul level from the inside out.
