I was never quite satisfied, and always craved to experience life in a deeper way. I longed for relationships where I could be my full self. I longed to fully express myself. Most of all, I wanted to be my full self, no holds barred, and be confident in who I was. When I was seven years old I wrote in my journal “I want to feel free.”

I spent the next two decades questing for that freedom - diving into spiritual practices, becoming a yoga teacher, bodyworker, coach, leading retreats, starting my own coaching business, traveling the world. I can honestly tell you that not one of those things provided what I was seeking, but they did point me in the right direction. The answer to my quest for personal freedom lay not in pushing myself to the breaking point, studying with the best yoga guru, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, or anything else. The answer lay within my own ability to love and accept myself. The answer lay in my ability to truly own who I was and design my entire life around me - my core values, my core beliefs, my core being. 

I went from creating a six figure business on essentially a trauma response to putting out aligned offers I truly loved and working with clients I truly resonated with. Instead of hustling, I have space for the rest of my life. My business supports and is a reflection of me, instead of me pretending to be something I was not. 

I went from being in romantic relationships where I felt stifled and unable to be my full self to cultivating relationships where I truly feel seen, loved, cherished, and free. 

I went from being afraid of sharing my voice and thinking I had a terrible voice, to being in an awesome rock band and sweet singer song writer trio as both violinist and back up vocalist. 

I went from hiding my writing and never sharing it except to my loved ones or classmates in college to publicly sharing my writing and am beginning to work on a book.
